Reach out to our warranty department via the website or official contact channels before returning any part. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Provide all required proof materials (see Section 4.1 below). Incomplete submissions will be placed on hold until all materials are received.
Our team will review your claim and documentation within 5–10 business days. You will be notified of the outcome via email.
Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not ship parts without an RMA number — they will be refused.
Once the returned part is inspected and the defect confirmed, EuroAMP will — at its sole discretion — repair, replace, or issue a store credit for the defective part.

EuroAMP is not liable for any delays, damage, loss, or additional costs that occur during international transit. All risk of loss during return shipping lies with the customer. Standard warranty coverage terms and documentation requirements apply equally to international customers.
Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, EuroAMP will determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion. Typical processing time is 5–15 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned part.
EuroAMP will ship an equivalent replacement part to the original domestic shipping address.
In some cases, EuroAMP may offer to repair the defective component if feasible.
If a replacement part is unavailable, EuroAMP may issue a store credit equal to the original purchase price.
Issued at EuroAMP's discretion; not guaranteed as a warranty resolution.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. Coverage is void if the part or vehicle is sold or transferred to another party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EuroAMP's liability under this warranty is limited exclusively to repair, replacement, or store credit as described herein.
